Objective

The fundamental objective of the programme is to provide a global vision of the company’s different functional areas in order to determine market opportunities and develop the Business Plan / Improvement Plan, always with the help of management tools to favour its implementation.

Participants

Entrepreneurs who have a business idea and wish to carry out a viable business creation project for their subsequent start-up.
Entrepreneurs who want to consolidate their business, improve their company’s profitability or evaluate other expansion alternatives. These actions are about promoting business success among participants through new growth opportunities and the creation of business attitudes.
